Online Ordering
We use Hong Kong Post or local courier post to send out all the items, we do not send to P.O box address, customer is responsible to provide correct information of recipient name, contact number and delivery address. We are not responsible for any lose or delay due to incorrect information provided by customer.

• Place your order by clicking "Check Out"
• After we confirm the order and the availability of the goods, we will send you an FINAL invoice by email
• Please settle the payment in 3 days

• By cheque : a crossed cheque payable to " Reny International Limited" with the invoice number on the back.
• Direct transfer money to our bank account, "HSBC:116-768383-838 (Reny International Limited)", please remark your name, contact number & invoice number on the back of the receipt, and fax the copy to 3580 0303. COD
• COD if local courier post is applicable .
The order will be shipped within 3 days after payment received.

 Shipping Info

1. Pick up your order in our showroom at Kwun Tong, please call 3580 0180 for appointment in advance.
2. Standard mail for order less than $400, $13 additional charges for registered mail if requested. Registered mail is free of charge for order more than $400. Customer is liable to any risks from mail service.
3. For order with specific amount (as shown in the table), local courier service is free of charge and C.O.D service can be applied.
